Steak & Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Bertolino Foods Shaved Steak
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1/3 cup Rondele garlic & herb spread
  • 1 can Pillsbury pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onions and peppers until softened; set aside.
  2. Cook Bertolino Foods Shaved Steak in the same pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and spread garlic herb spread.
  4. Layer steak, peppers, onions, and provolone on top.
  5. Roll tightly, slice into pinwheels, and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until golden.
