Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of Bertolino Foods Shaved Steak
- 1 lb refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup provolone shredded cheese
Instructions:
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions, peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add Bertolino Foods Shaved Steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until browned.
- Add cooked tortellini into the skillet & toss everything together until evenly combined.
- Top with provolone cheese, cover, and let melt for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
