Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of Bertolino Foods Shaved Steak
  • 1 lb refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup provolone shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions, peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
  3. Add Bertolino Foods Shaved Steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until browned.
  4. Add cooked tortellini into the skillet & toss everything together until evenly combined.
  5. Top with provolone cheese, cover, and let melt for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
